Salad for dinner??? YES
It's like a one-pot dish - easy to eat and yummy - we are all busy, cooking in a hot kitchen in summer is not fun....so why not a salad as a meal? I seem to keep making the same salads over and over again - so this was a great find - some new for me and some updates!
